“I did quite a lot of research when deciding which spa to purchase. I knew what I wanted in features, but every spa salesman I talked to claimed their spas were the best. We had just moved from my home that already had a basic, 4 -jet built-in spa that came with the pool. Our second home had a pool, but without a spa.

Since 2007, I have been suffering from a severe degenerative disc disease and on top of that also Neuralgia which causes severe pain in leg, arm and lower back muscles. Purchasing the “right spa” was for me was life-altering decision in terms of reducing my pain level and helping my body relax so I could sleep. I also needed a spa that was energy efficient as I would be in it daily at the very least.

From the first contact, I was incredibly impressed with Dimension One spas. “JT”, President of Aquatic Fitness, spoke with me at length on the phone about the other spas I was considering, how Dimension One compares, etc. JT was so upfront, helpful and informative that it made my decision easy. Before talking with him, I honestly did not know who to believe and felt overwhelmed. He spoke candidly - sorting out and answering all my areas of concern (and I had a lot of questions and concerns!).

He shared information with me without bashing his competition (unfortunately I can not say the same of the other companies I talked to) which I found refreshing. He stressed the importance of “wet testing” any spa I was considering. He was absolutely right because I found I did not feel comfortable with the seating design when I “wet tested” the other top brands until experiencing Dimension One. What a difference at Dimension One!

What really amazed me the most is that instead of steering me towards purchasing Dimension One’s most expensive spa (which I had expressed in interest in purchasing because it looked so high tech and great), JT brought it to my attention that “The Chairman” may be a more comfortable fit as my family and I are all larger people. Boy, was he absolutely right!

I would not have even looked at “The Chairman” if it was not suggested by JT and his sales staff (Chris). I am so grateful for his honesty. It is extremely rare for anyone in sales to suggest a less expensive product when a customer is willing to buy the more expensive one. “The Chairman” was more comfortable for my body type and less expensive. It also had all the features that I wanted. I absolutely love this spa as does my family. My family’s favorite seats change from time to time as each position feels great and has something to offer sore, aching muscles and melts away any stress from your day.

JT was also instrumental in getting my spa installed in record time. I had shared with him my pain level, and he was genuinely concerned about getting relief to me sooner rather than later. He shared my situation with his installation expert, Chuck Campos, who is another honest, caring professional who does beautiful work. We had him install a brick floor for us as well to place the spa on. Although Chuck had many installations to do that week, he squeezed ours in and worked personally one night until well after 11:00 PM so I would be able to soak my sore muscles after an event I had to attend that night. I call that going way above and beyond service. Chuck is a doll to say the least!

I can’t accurately put into words how much “The Chairman” spa has helped me in terms of pain level and quality of life. After my first soaking, I was able to experience a full night of restorative sleep, something that I haven’t enjoyed since prior to my diagnosis in 2007. This may seem trivial to the average person, but to someone whose pain level only allows for an hour or two of sleep per day, it was a Godsend.

I have had my “Chairman” since March of 2011, and it continues to run and look brand-new and continues to deliver in the pain-relieving department! Without any reservations, I highly recommend Dimension One Spas to anyone considering purchasing a spa. I could not be happier with my purchase and your company’s service!

More importantly, he really cares about putting you in the best spa for you. This kind of personalized service and insight is rare. I hope Dimension One knows what a rare find they have in JT.”
